Whistle hills today along with medium mileage at recovery pace. At least I think it was supposed to be recovery pace, Coach wasn't there today and the website wasn't too clear on what we were supposed to do pace wise. I felt really good today. The run afterwards wasn't too bad and I feel like I've really recovered today so far. The whistle hills weren't too bad either. Just did the normal 15, 20, 25. Dallin was ahead of me most of the time, but I eventually started to get closer and pull even and then I passed him on the last two. No ones here this week, but asa came and ran with me today which makes him the first person to run, basically all of my miles with me in like 3 weeks.
